Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every piece is handmade to order in our UK workshop. We do not keep finished furniture sitting in a warehouse - your item is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.
How long does production take?
Our current dispatch time is approximately 16 working days. As every piece is handmade to order, this can vary slightly during busy periods, but we always aim to complete orders as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.
Can I customise the design?
Yes. We can customise dimensions, finishes, storage layout, leg styles, cable management and other details. Whether you prefer a minimalist, industrial, rustic or mid-century inspired design, we can help create a piece that suits your space.
What materials do you use?
Our furniture is crafted using high-quality materials such as solid Scandinavian pine wood, steel components and carefully applied premium finishes. We prioritise durability, aesthetics and everyday functionality in every piece we make.
Do you offer different colours and finishes?
Yes. We offer a curated range of finishes designed to complement our furniture and suit different interiors. Each finish is applied by hand for consistency, durability and a refined final appearance.
Can I request extra features?
Absolutely. We can add practical features such as drawers, doors, back panels, shelving, cable management solutions and additional storage compartments depending on the design.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. If you are outside the UK, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best delivery option and cost for your location.
Do you offer any guarantees?
We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience any issue with your furniture, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
How do I care for my furniture?
