By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. This policy is designed to clearly set expectations and protect both parties.


1. General Information

All products sold by Colour Furniture are handmade and made to order.

Because each item is produced individually:

  • Dispatch times vary depending on the product and production schedule

  • Stock availability refers to materials rather than finished items

  • In rare cases where materials are unavailable, we will contact you to discuss revised timelines or a refund where appropriate


2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination

  • Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase

  • The shipping price shown at checkout is the final shipping cost charged


3. Dispatch & Processing Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched according to the shipping option selected at checkout.

Processing Time Options

7 Working Days Processing Option

  • Orders are prepared for dispatch within 7 working days

  • This timeframe refers to production and preparation only

  • Courier transit time is not included

14 Working Days Processing Option

  • Orders are prepared for dispatch within 14 working days

  • This timeframe applies only to order preparation, not delivery

Working Days

  • Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are controlled by the courier.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Deliveries

Estimated transit time: 2–7 working days, depending on location and courier.

International Deliveries

Estimated transit time: 3–10 working days, depending on destination and the courier selected.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.


6. Delivery Address Changes

Delivery address changes may be requested before dispatch only.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.


7. P.O. Box & Military Addresses

  • P.O. Box addresses are supported via postal services only

  • Military addresses are supported via USPS only

  • Courier services are not available for these address types


8. Items Delayed, Lost, or Damaged in Transit

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please refuse the delivery where possible

  • Or contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage

Lost Parcels

If tracking shows no movement or the parcel is deemed lost:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier

  • A replacement or refund will be issued once the courier confirms the outcome


9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.

Replacements or refunds will be processed once the courier’s investigation is complete.


10. Duties, Taxes & International Orders

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied at checkout where required by law.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

If duties or taxes are refused:

  • The order will be returned at the customer’s expense

  • A refund will be issued for the product value only

  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable


11. Cancellations

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not started

  • After 48 hours, or once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order will be handled in line with our Returns Policy.


12. Courier Delays & Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • Delivery timelines are controlled by the courier

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, missed deliveries, or incorrect address details provided at checkout
